What is OTE?▼
OTE (On-Target Earnings) is total pay when quota is hit: base salary + target commission at 100% attainment.
How do tiers work?▼
Each tier defines an attainment range (%) and a multiplier. Commission is cumulative: each percentage point in the tier earns (target commission / 100) × multiplier.
Can I customize tiers?▼
Yes. Add, edit or remove tiers. The last tier can be open-ended (no upper limit) for accelerators above 100%.
