The percentage is the fraction of the civil day already elapsed in the selected time zone: seconds since midnight (00:00) divided by 86,400 (total seconds in a day).
Does the time zone change the percentage?▼
Yes. The civil day starts at midnight in the selected zone, so the same moment can correspond to different percentages in different zones.
Does the tool detect my time zone automatically?▼
